“We truly enjoyed our stay here and found the house very well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a lovely perk, and the views and waterfront access are fantastic. Even though it's directly across from the ferry dock, the noise and traffic wasn't an issue in Dec/Jan when we were there. One note is that if you're traveling with anything close to the listed maximum people in the listing, you may find the floor space of the home a bit tight. The kitchen is……

“The house is great. Plenty of room for our family. Well stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces and fireplace. The sauna and hot tub on a rainy long weekend were just the ticket for relaxation. The location is good, though not directly on the beach. It is in a neighborhood so lots of other homes around. It is a quick walk to the bay and about 15-20 minutes to Useless bay, Langley and Clinton.”

“It was fun watching the ferry go by from Clinton to Edmonds and back. Needless to say, the view was amazing from the house. We saw a pod of Orcas go by, a seal, and some of the cutest ducks called Barrows Goldeneye. Some of my family did a cold plunge in the Sound each morning.The house is just as pictured. Being a cook the kitchen is well appointed. We had the best coffee at Mukilteo Coffee Roasters & Mercantile. They have a gorgeous rustic space to nibble on their fantastic treats and great……

“This is a spacious place to stay- great for multiple families. There are 3 beds in each of the downstairs rooms, and we couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The owners were great and we have stayed here a couple of times, and will likely stay again. ”

“Crisp, sunny winter weekend at the Deer Lake house. Place is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Communication with owner is prompt. Bring your binoculars to watch all the ducks swimming past this waterfront property.”
