“The location of the house is ideal for easy beach access. Great for families! We've been coming to this property every year for the past 5 years. This year we had to deal with unacceptable cleanliness issues upon arrival. More issues were discovered throughout our 5 night stay. Unfortunately we may look for a different property next summer.”

“In what was a too short stay of two nights, a few girl friends and I stayed at this quaint and cozy property. It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities we needed, was comfortable for hanging out and doing puzzles, and the view was gorgeous. Everything was comfy, cozy, and just perfect! Highly recommended. ”

“We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO homes. Royce‘s house is one of the cleanest, most well stocked homes we’ve been in. My teenage sons loved the pool table and basement game room. My husband and I loved all the fun coffee and coffee making tools. Such a well kept home. We will definitely be coming back! ”

“Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are. ”

“This place was decent for the price. The kitchen was well stocked and my family enjoyed playing pool and sitting in the sauna when we werent touring the beach or downtown. It was fully fenced and safe for my doggo. The only downfall was no air conditioning and thin walls/curtains separate the sleeping areas. Very nostalgic and cozy. ”
