“Easy beach access, cozy cabin. Small but well equipped ( no dishwasher) but everything else. ”

“This property fit every need we had. Our family of 4, my brother in law and sister in law and my in laws all stayed and loved it. Plenty of space for everyone while still having areas we could hang out. The pool table and play structure were most loved. The house is a bit dated but it did not take away from our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and more than accommodating. The yard and hot tub were excellent as well! We will stay here again. ”

“Great location with private beach access. Would recommend queen size beds but the bedrooms are very small. Sweet little spot. We will be back!! ”

“This place has absolutely beautiful views! The kitchen is very well stocked, but does have a lot of expired condiments in the fridge, luckily we brought our own. The beds are comfortable as well. The hot tub seems new, but doesn’t maintain temperature. Each time we got in, the temperature would drop. After less than 30 minutes of use, it would be at 98 degrees. Something that needs to be addressed, we thought maybe it was on an energy saving mode. The kitchen had some ants, luckily bait was……

“House was clean, well maintained, and well organized. Every room is cozy and unique, the living space is airy but comfortable, and the ocean view is unbeatable. Note: 5 steps up to main floor bedroom could be challenging for accessibility issues; not mentioned in listing.”

“Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are. ”

“Great location and beach access, nice views of ocean from inside and the deck, walking distance to a grocery store which also serves ice cream. Furniture was comfortable. Our overall stay was really enjoyable. Two issues however; 1. the toilet was clogged when we arrived and I had to use plunger several times-thankfully that worked. 2. there is NO OVEN. Just a stovetop, microwave and a small countertop multi toaster convection appliance. We were all set for cooking a 7-lb rib roast for our xmas……

“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……
