We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. “We didn't realize this was basically a studio/hotel room. It's a small unit in a much larger complex, called the Sea Gypsy. We appreciated the beautiful views from the large windows. The flooring needed to be replaced but we were warned of that before our stay and chose to go anyways. We had a good trip but wouldn't stay here again due to it being overpriced for what we got. ”

“We were there a week and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There's a good view of the Arch Cape Rocks, and the ocean toward the south.
