“This place was great. The property management were friendly and professional. ”

“We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again”

“We had a lovely stay. There are tide pools and great agate/sea glass hunting right in front of the home. There are a lot of stairs to the beach (106 to be exact) so this home is not a good fit for people with accessibility needs but there is easy public beach access down the road (1-2 min drive). The views from the house are awesome, there are a ton of ocean facing windows and the deck has is huge with stellar vies. “This property is only a couple of blocks to the beach. Easy beach access. There is also a fenced back yard for dogs. I brought 2 little dogs. I didn't leave them outside while away but also brought a kennel for them to stay in when I went away for a few hours and to sleep in. Very comfortable house and VERY responsive host!!”

“We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. There are excellent views of the ocean the waves and the beach. The deck provides a perfect wind break when you’ve had enough. The rental had everything we needed and everything was in good condition. We will be back! ”

“It was a wonderful condo. We were able to hear the ocean and it had a very homely feeling. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Only thing I would suggest would be an iron and ironing board for those whom would to iron their clothes. ”

“My wife and I treated our son, daughter in law, and most importantly our three grandchildren to a weekend stay at the Skyscraper in Netarts. This home was outstanding. All our needs were met and Trudi, the owner, was always available. She sent me so much information about the area that we always had stuff to do. I would highly recommend you stay here if you can!”

“Oceanside is a beautiful place! This house worked out perfectly because it had a studio like apartment in the basement for my son and his wife and then the main house had a loft and two other bedrooms, bath and laundry. There is no TV, but the views are so incredible, I didn’t mind. We were able to watch the blood moon eclipse from the two decks that overlook the ocean. There was a small repair that needed to be done, but it could have waited till after we left. I let management know and they……

“Loved this spot! In a great location, very quiet neighborhood. We had our dogs with us and there is a green space nearby, you can walk to the beach but LOTS of stairs! We enjoyed the house, it was big enough for our group. I liked the “mud room” style entrance for keeping all the dogs & sand contained when entering the house. Being able to cook meals in the kitchen, play games at the table, be cozy by the fireplace, and enjoying the hot tub all made for an amazing birthday beach weekend! Will……

“My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to this oceanfront rental. We made memories that we will cherish forever. The view was as spectacular as the listing promised, and ending each day relaxing in the hot tub was a special treat. The tide pools on the northern end of the beach are a must! Be sure to tread with caution; there's lots of little ocean life out there! Check-in was easy; early check-in would have been wonderful, but rules are rules. Bathrooms were well stocked; minimal sifting……

“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……
