“Beautifully equipped apartment, very spacious and clean. I stayed on the top floor (80 steps) and it was very quiet in spite of being a stone's throw from Queen Street station. ”

“Location is walkable to Kelvin Town. Limited free parking is available on site. We stayed on the ground floor which is not too safe if the window is open. Passerbys kept looking into our apartment, and they can climb into our unit through the open window. Toilet and kitchen facilities are good. Bed is comfortable. Location is not bad. Front counter lady juggles a lot of work by herself. ”

“We loved this flat. Beautiful view from large windows, nice to have the windows open for fresh air. The living room area was spacious and leads to kitchen, this was our gathering space for night caps. The beds were so comfortable as well. Central location to walk to most places, or grab an uber. Downstairs were many restaurants and near by grocery store that were convenient. I highly recommend this place especially for a large group of travelers. ”

“VR Apartments are very well located in Southside Glasgow. My wife and I were over for her to have a surgery and short recovery, 5 day stay. We found the flat to be quite small, we are both quite tall people so would likely not book again based on this alone. The flat would suit someone of a shorter height or individual booking better. The hosts are incredibly responsive via text message, they were accomodating of an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. There was a security mishap……

“Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.”

“I requested for more toilet paper and they instead gave me more soap, I tried to reach out asking for toilet paper. The rest of my stay there was no toilet paper.”

“We were not able to stay at this property, check in was a bit hectic however we were quickly offered another property close by which was ready to go to straight away. So in the end we didn’t stay here but the property was great, clean and nicely decorated. We had a great time! Would stay again:)”

“Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the……
