“The room had wet carpet that soaked my socks. There was no concierge, no brochures, no help as first-time visitors to the area. I did finally get a map at the desk. The desk was polite and helpful as were the housekeepers. The property was well maintained. The restaurant was good and had a nice menu.”

“Staff was pleasant and friendly. Any requested service was followed up on promptly. Its a bit annoying that you are being pushed and talked to over and over again about getting the "welcome packet " in exchange to sitting through the time share sales pitch. We had to decline it numerous times. I understand that this is a big part of the business, but once one says they're nit interested, that should be the end of it. Other than that, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thank you. ”

“Stay was nice. Only issue was my room was not made up on the first day until 4pm. By that time, I was in the room and relaxing before dinner and did not want to be disturbed. The housekeeper did give me more towels and water, which was nice.”

“Loved PI. Room was ok but we booked late and that was all that remained. Biggest disappointment was the pools. Nothing at all about the pool area looked inviting. No trees, no umbrellas, nothing that made it feel like enjoying a swim or relaxing in the pool. And both hot tubs were full of 2-early teens. And at night it was even worse. The pool is lit up like a maximum prison yard from dusk til dawn. It just made you feel exposed to 100 rooms looking down at you. ”

“I want to start with that the Bluegreen Lodge was an amazing experience and that I will 100% be staying here in the future. You cannot beat the price that the price offered here, mainly due to the location of the property, as it is in an ideal spot of the French Quarter, only a few blocks away from the famed pineapple fountain and beautiful boardwalk in one direction, the Charleston City Market in another, nestled in at the bottom of King Street which is home to any shop you can think of, with……
