“Apartment is just as pictured, updated, comfortable, and very clean. Agree with previous comments about hearing workers in the morning through the thin front door. We also thought it was odd that we couldn’t use the pool facilities prior to check in time due to insurance. ”

“The room was large, as advertised, and very clean and comfortable. The check in process was incredibly simple. Snacks, water, and coffee/tea provided in the room were also great. However, the description of the Palisades room said there's a jacuzzi tub, which there is not. There's only a (very small) shower. Additionally, the "porch access" makes it sound like there is direct or immediate access to an outdoor space, which there isn't. You have access to the rear garden outdoor seating, but so……

“We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.”
