“I had this rental booked for a month. I didn't hear from the property host about check in details, so I sent them a message the morning of our trip. I received a message a couple hours later that they were sorry they overlooked our reservation and the unit was no longer available, so they cancelled it. We were already on our way driving up to our vacation when we were told we no longer had a place to stay. Totally unacceptable.”

“Everything about this was amazing. Lora is the nicest lady and she has the most unique eye when it comes to style. The place was better than anything i could have asked for. The turkeys came down on the lawn while we were having coffee. The view of Mount Konocti was incredible. This is the best vacation house we've ever stayed in. I love everything about it. I wish Lora was my neighbor and wish she could decorate my home. You won't be disappointed. I give it 50 stars. She even leaves food in……

“The view of the lake was breathtaking! Our unit was a little dated but was very cozy and comfortable. There are other units on the property that are more updated and absolutely awesome! Unit 8 and the house next door are what l’m referring too. Our neighbor Ron was so friendly my husband and l really enjoyed his company. Mo our cleaning staff was absolutely the most nicest people l ever met. She made me feel right at home and got us checked in with ease. The owner and l had great communication……

“Our second stay - we love this place. The owners are great and the proximity to Healdsburg Square is wonderful.”

“We were locked out of the property and had to contact vrbo. They have check in at 4 pm but close at 4:30 pm. They give you the code to get into loft but the gate is locked so it is useless. Tub/shower insert is old but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not allowed to use hot tub. Need to go up a flight of stairs to get to loft. For the price we paid I am disappointed.”
