“The penthouse apartment is a spacious place to center your adventures in and around Eugene. It’s a vintage building, but the unit has been recently flipped and has nice appointments, including the updated kitchen. The parking was initially hard to locate as the lot is accessed from an alleyway that’s a few buildings down from the address (perhaps some more details are needed on the checkin instructions). “First of all, the owner is super responsive and helpful. The unit itself is really cute and comfortable with thoughful updates like an extra high shower head for taller folk. The only thing I wished it had was a full length mirror somewhere. The location is easily walkable to campus, several great cafés, restaurants, and shops. I'm sure I'll visit again. ”

“When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. As well as a convenience store across the street. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind,……

“Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back.”
