“We had a wonderful stay at The Wayside. Manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient distance to UO.”

“We loved everything about this property. We were able to enjoy our daughter's graduation with family. The outdoor space was so great for visiting by the fire pit and play corn hole. It was so nice to be able to be outside with the covered patio. The layout of the house was perfect for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. Our hosts were so welcoming and thought of everything. The well appointed kitchen and the coffee bar were much appreciated! Super sweet game room. We all loved our time there and……

“This location allowed for very easy access to Autzen Stadium and is close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough away for a quiet night. The cornhole is a plus!”

“Pool area and beach are very nice. Lots of activities for all ages. Pool DJ’s kept a fun atmosphere with great music, line dancing, and games for kids and adults. Unit 1901 is showing its age. Bathroom water in bedroom with two beds didn’t work well. Kitchen not stocked well with utensils and pots/pans making it difficult to cook. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bedroom layout is unique. ”

“I enjoyed staying. It was for a family emergency so it was a last-minute booking. I could hear the person upstairs walking around, but it was not excessive at all. The bed was comfy. The couch in the living room could’ve been a little more comfy, but it worked for what I needed during my visit. I would definitely book it again. It was quaint and simple, but worked exactly for what I needed.The only thing I would change I didn’t get my checkout email until I already left so there were some things……
