“My husband and I absolutely loved this location. The view is spectacular and the property is immaculate. I would caution anyone traveling with older adults or very young children, there are a lot of stairs—in the house and down to the water. My father in-law claimed climbing up from the lake to the house was equivalent to climbing the Eiffel Tower. (It’s not, but you get his point.) We would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“The house was nice, newer updates and a step up from the typical lake rentals in Maine. The main floor has a nice kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom and full bath. Wish the upstairs had more than a loveseat for gathering and watching tv. The downstairs is big, has a bedroom, living area, and half bath. The, property was nice except the construction in front of the house that we weren't told about till the day we arrived. It was understandable that it needed to be done but wish we were……

“Very nice! Spacious, lots of rooms and very clean. The sunset was amazing. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. When I got the address a few days before our stay the address was listed 314.....unfortunately we drove to the very end of a long pitted, dirt road. Turned around. Luckily I had a photo of the house and we figured out the the number was 34, NOT 314. A bit of confusion.”

“We stayed here for family weekend at UMaine, as we wanted to be able to have a homemade family meal with our son. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. A light over the front door would be helpful when returning after dark, but that was the only negative. We would stay there again!”

“This property is incredible. It's relaxing, it's clean, its beyond comfortable and cozy. Carrie, the property manager is AMAZING to work with! We even utilized candid photography. Everyone there is so pleasant and kind and totally non intrusive at all. We're deciding to do it annually now!”

“The owner is very friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful, and they have a great idea; however, it would be nice if they ran electricity to the area. We were unable to charge our phones, and the dampness was very uncomfortable. A space heater would have done wonders to help with the cold and damp. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower pump would not start in the morning, so we spent the next day feeling dirty. With a few tweaks this place could be improved. ”
