“We recently stayed here for a family retreat with 20 people, ranging from adults to teenagers, kids, and even infants. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and offers activities for all ages. The kids especially loved the ninja challenge course, while we all enjoyed the canoeing and kayaking—there were more than enough kayaks for everyone! Carrie was fantastic, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything and always responding……

“The Maplewood Lakehouse is the PERFECT spot to gather with friends and family! The home itself is huge and inviting, but it's location to the town of Newport for gas, groceries, and take-out make it really stand out. This home has SO many bedrooms to accomodate our large group. We really appreciated having spaces to both be together (multiple living rooms, the game room/garage, and the kitchen/dining spaces) as well as the many bedrooms to have quiet space to recharge as well. “The house was nice, newer updates and a step up from the typical lake rentals in Maine. The main floor has a nice kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom and full bath. Wish the upstairs had more than a loveseat for gathering and watching tv. The downstairs is big, has a bedroom, living area, and half bath. The, property was nice except the construction in front of the house that we weren't told about till the day we arrived. It was understandable that it needed to be done but wish we were……
