“This house was just as described. It was beautiful and felt like home! Having no AC was no issue at all. The breeze sweeps through the house and keeps it cool and there are fans in each room. The deck was great. We saw dolphins and manatees. We really enjoyed floating in the water right off the dock and watching the beautiful sun sets. “I can’t say enough positive things about Gail and Pauls property! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to Placencia Village to the vast assortment of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. When we were heading out on various excursions (which Gail and Paul booked for us) we were able to walk across the street to their dock and get picked up either by boat or van. All of the excursions they recommended were outstanding! We especially enjoyed our trip down Monkey River and through……

“Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”
