“It was very nice property would like to stay again”

“It was a great base for our trip to grand canyon and sedona”

“The location was easy to find with easy access back to I 40. We arrived mid afternoon and we settled in for a little rest before going into town for dinner. We decided not to bring in our suitcases from the car because there wasn't enough room to have them inside. The loft area is a great idea but really would be best for small (10yrs old or less) children. The tiny staircase is difficult for adult sized people to use. Overall the tiny cabin was just as described. My only other issue was……

“Small but sufficient for our purposes”

“The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay. ”

“Great place to stay”

“Great place to stay away from the sky high prices in Tusayan, but close enough to be convenient. We had 5 people when we stayed. The house says it sleeps 8, but I would not rent this for more than 6 people. It would be very tight.”

“We booked the house for one night as a stop between Zion and Sedona to visit the Grand Canyon. The house and beds were clean, and everyone had a great night's rest after a long drive. Thank you. ”

“We are educators from Phoenix that travel annually during our Spring Break. We had a wonderful time; talking, laughing, and sharing during our three day stay at Coco’s Cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio, grilled a delicious lunch and sat at the picnic table one afternoon. It was glorious. We also went to Sedona and visited Chapel of the Holy Cross. Highly recommend! Thank you Coco! We do hope to return.Cheryl ”
