“This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked lovely. A nice quiet, private space in a spectacular location. A great value!”

“Although we didn't get to go there this time because of unforeseen circumstances, the host is the best there is with communication. That's why this is always a top notch rental. We keep going back and plan to go back again.”

“The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.”

“My husband and I were looking for a getaway from the city and some rest from our family’s busy schedule. This house, while small on the inside, provided abundant outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy - sunny when the cool morning called for it and shady when the afternoon sun rolled in. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after enjoying dinner at one of the local eateries. We will be booking here again!”

“Our stay was absolutely perfect—better than we could have imagined! We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and were greeted with peaceful mornings watching deer while sipping coffee, and afternoons full of birds and squirrels that kept our golden doodle entertained. The home itself was beautiful, cozy, and well-appointed—from the comfy beds to the hot tub and fireplaces (both indoor and outdoor). The wraparound porch with views of the pines and wooded surroundings made every moment……

“We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family! ”

“This property is exactly as advertised: cute, clean, functional, and perfect for a single or couple. House is easy to find and a quick walk to the historic downtown with exceptional restaurants and shops. Not only is this purple house central to everything Flagstaff, but it served as our base for Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and Page. All are 60-120 mins away. We were originally planning on staying two nights in each place, but are so happy we changed the plan and found this house for……
