“Brilliant location for visiting all the main attractions in Bury St Edmunds. Was warmly welcomed by our host and they were flexible about check in times and us leaving the car in their car park before check in. Had a lovely quiet room which was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Would definitely stay here on future visits to the area.”

Now for the cleanliness. 0/10 this was actually.an helath hazard the bedsheet jad been changed besides that the room hasnt been cleaned for at least 20 years. Id rate it 0 stars if possible, I slept in my clothes on top of a coat. Absolutely Horrid. The pictures are a far far cry from the reality.”
