“Great spot for a couple with an outdoor deck facing the lake. We enjoyed propane fire on the deck and listening to the wildlife in the evenings. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within 10 miles. Suggest going to Historic Folsom, which is about a 10 minute drive.”

“We left early. No hot water in bathroom. No tv. Insects in every room, spiders, mosquitos, millipedes, beetles, cobwebs in all the windows and musty air throughout. Bugs dead in non-working jacuzzi. Paint cans in garbage bags and rugs piled behind property. This place is not as advertised and needs to be cleaned up.”

“This guesthouse was just great for us to be close to family who live nearby. It was clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchenette was set up so we could do some cooking. Nicole is a very nice host!”

“We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I stayed here with my parents and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything you need. The place is a great location to explore Folsom with plenty of things to do nearby. We were walking distance to breakfast/dinner every day. We were able to host a happy hour with the rest of our family one night and enjoy the rooftop sunset views. We would love to stay here again! ”

“The property is very clean and well-stocked with necessities. The only downside is that there are steep stairs to get to the unit, which I'm sure is fine for younger tenants, but for two disabled seniors who have just driven 8 hours, it was a lot to face upon arrival! I've reviewed the listing again and don't see any mention of the stairs, so I thought I'd mention it here. Other than the stairs, we had an excellent stay and would recommend it to others.”

“Overall the property was as described and had nice amenities. The property manager was timely in her responses and helped make my stay much easier while traveling with kayaks. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee before going out on the lake every day, made mornings quick and easy to get out of the door. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants a weekend get away with tons of hiking and outdoor activities nearby.”
