“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. “Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. “The home was home was well kept. Plenty of large space to gather and for alone time. The only down fall to this place is that the county only allows for 6 person total. So you forced to choose who comes with and who has to stay home. On another plus side it had not perfect but great vehicle access if you have a truck down to river. Save us from having to walk up and down hill. And carrying stuff up and down”

“The house was well situated and communication with the host was excellent.”

“Great getaway and pool. We spent most of our time just relaxing. Plenty of spacious rooms, beds and extra fold out beds. Quiet comfortable AC. Large secluded property only 1 hour from Sacramento. Beautiful wine Country. A bonus was Manson, a friendly neighborhood dog that just wanted to sit on the steps near the pool and be petted!”
