“Beautiful home. Particularly loved the rooftop sitting area. I received a prompt response to any communication sent. Check in/out was simple and easy. Overall, I loved staying there. Location was convenient to getting where I wanted to go. The only downside is the street can get a bit noisy at times. Then again, I live in a area where there isn't much noise & it could be I'm just not used to it. Still, 5 stars!”

“The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. It was a destination in itself (we actually altered trip plans and made a detour to stay here)...completely worth it. One thing to note is that there are beds for at least 5, from what we found. “We absolutely loved the Dwell Hotel! It has so much character and our room was large with a huge bathtub, sitting area and balcony. The hotel has plenty of quaint sitting areas and 2 lounges and a fun bar. The bar was closed on Tuesday when we arrived, so the front desk staff provided free wine and beer which we enjoyed in the lounge while playing a game. “property is perfect for a long weekend stay patio is great, extra fans are a nice touch but A/C worked great. kitchen is nicely appointed, beds are soft and plenty of room for 4 adults great location to grocery and north shore eateries. parking is a little tight since you share a back awning with the house in front but caused no issues”

“This is our second time staying at this hotel. Downtown Chattanooga is fantastic in this wonderful hotel is a great addition. Everything is within walkable distance. The valet parking is excellent and our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend anyone planning on visiting Chattanooga.”
