“Weekend stay visiting family from the area. House had everything and was a warm well thought out rental. Absolutely stunning and comfortable furniture, beds and decoration. Perfect location and loved all the different books and special touches in each room of the home. ”

“The house is absolutely complete. We had everything we needed, in the kitchen, everything you’d need including sharp knives and new dishes and utensils. Cozy blankets, strong Wi-Fi, (we worked remotely) large TV, wonderful, beautiful view (!) binoculars, all kinds of games. Bird feeders, that we bought bird seed for and enjoyed all the birds and deer that visited. 10 mins from Oconto with grocery store, DG, pharmacy, excellent coffee shop and plenty of bars to choose from. 10/10 we’d come back. ”

“The photos don’t do it justice. This place is larger, more comfortable and way nicer. We really loved the view of the bay from the huge picture window and watching the pelicans that seem to live in front of the cabin. We were a little sad to leave this special place!”

“Our stay at DASLR was beyond our expectations. The house was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. A mix of new and classic cabin makes for a perfect vacation home. Even in record-high temps, the house was cool and comfortable (and the river was a great place for a cooling swim!) The house was fully appointed with everything we needed. I was especially appreciative of the quality kayaks available. I paddle often, and there is a big difference between a cheap boat and a mid-range one. We……

Austin was an amazing host. We had a small unavoidable issue which he resolved swiftly and professionally. He’s an excellent host. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this place!
