“We had a great stay. The place was clean, and there were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. I even found coffee supplies. Dan quickly responded to all questions. We loved the location. Make your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake from your private bit of shoreline. It was a convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go, but had an out in the woods feel. I would have zero hesitations about returning. ”

“We stayed here because we had to take our pets out of the house to get our floors refinished. The host was gracious to let us check in early. I was impressed by the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. Loved being right on the water with access to the bay. Just be careful walking down the rocks as it was slippery after it rained. We saw all kinds of water fowl and even eagles in the tree right on the property! I would definitely stay here again!”

Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. The gas fireplace and view out the front window are particular highlights of the cottage we stayed in. This is our fourth time staying at Snug Harbor and we have never been……
