The deadbolt on our door stopped working properly. Luckily we had another door we could go in and out of before we were able to fix it enough to get the door open. Called the front desk and were told they would get to it eventually so we were unable to use it while we were there. ”

“This hotel was very well run. Nice staff behind counter. The room was big and efficient. Nothing fancy, but nicely done. The living room area in entrance way had a nice inviting fireplace. Parking was easy and the view of the frozen lake was even nice! Very nice staff. Clean and inviting.
