The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. I will definitely return - hopefully soon.”

“We had a great stay at the Gregory, couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were brilliant, so helpful polite and friendly and room was perfect! Clean nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend getting out and finding local places as there are lots of options. Location is good, just 20min walk to the centre or a 5 min bus ride, Thanks for a great stay!”

“Hotel facilities and condition were good. Dining options a little limited. While the staff were helpful and pleasant service was at times extremely slow - 20 minutes for drinks orders to be delivered - and limited - not possible to order a coffee and 10pm because 'the machines are being cleaned'. Convenient location for City Airport and tourist sites but few local dining options as it's mainly a business district.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and……

“The Grand Central is a fab hotel. Perfectly located within the City enabling you to explore everything. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. A meal in the Seahorse restaurant is a must. On the pricey side but definitely worth every penny. Drinks in the Observatory are expensive but still worth a visit just to see the view. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Belfast.”
