“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“I went for a short work and leisure trip. It was perfect for me in terms of price and location. It was clean and cute, nothing luxurious but had everything I needed. Supermarkets and a variety of top restaurants are close by. Host answered my questions and kept in touch in case I needed anything. I would recommend it if you're traveling solo or with a partner. “The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it……

“Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). Thank you again!”
