“This cute brownstone was perfect for our family of 5. Great location that was wakable to city transportation and a small grocery and lots of restaurants. If we couldn't find something the owner had it to us within hours. Only down side was that the kitchen was pretty sparse and the beds were more firm than we are used to. ”

“Overall, excellent host! Was very engaged with me during check in and during my stay. Minor issue with AC units in which owner was quick to identify and fix. Neighborhood is okay, coming and going after hours was uncomfortable with the only entry being in the back alley of the area. Otherwise great little place to with good access to railways to everything downtown and if you don't mind walking within walking distance. ”

“The apartment is spectacular! It was a great place to have as a home base for a few days while we stayed in DC. The neighbourhood was nice and it was easy to access all the areas we wished to explore from there. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. ”

“This unit has everything that you could need for a trip to DC. Located in a very cool neighborhood with views of nature outside the door but right in the heart of a city neighborhood. We easily walked to a cafe and enjoyed a delicious lunch and to a market for essentials. The off street parking was a huge plus. The unit is outfitted with so many conveniences from kitchen tools and appliances to coffee/tea/creamers/sweeteners to several different charging cords that would work on a variety of……

“Capital Hill neighborhood is so nice and so easy to navigate. The VRBO is in such a great location! We enjoyed staying there and enjoying the city and coming back to play cards and recharge. ”

“Very clean property. Communication was perfect. We ran out of laundry soap and hand soap the owner got everything that day. Very attentive and kind. The place was pet friendly and comfortable. This was perfect for our pet and our family. The only thing I will say is Trinidad neighborhood was mostly safe but I wouldn’t be on the streets past dark. ”

“We used the guesthouse as our base to explore DC. We walked to Fort Totten metro train station, about a 15 minute walk, and it was ideal. We used the stove to cook at night and big fridge was great.”
