“Quaint, clean, well-stocked one bedroom downstairs apartment. The one bedroom offers little privacy due to shutters and mounted TV on shared wall with LR area where the pull out couch is. Perfect for an individual or a couple. I gave 4 stars to accuracy of listing only because I believe that transparency of property management company should list application is required and acceptance of Lease agreement following payment. Otherwise, they were very responsive and timely. ”

“We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay……

“We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. It was close to all the things we needed, i.e, shopping restaurants, the sites and museums of DC and family we were visiting.
