“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. The party went until nearly 4am with escalating yelling……

“The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.”
