“It is a clean house. Very close to Miami of Ohio. It has all the amenities, TV in every room, Air conditioning, Wifi, Coffee maker, pretty much everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. ”

“Stayed here as we moved my freshman into Miami U. Felt safe leaving our cars loaded and parked in the spots. Less than 20 minute drive to campus and great area for food. Will definitely look to return!”

“The house, the yard, the amenities, were all very nice. The bed slept well. The neighbors were all very kind. The only thing to be aware of is there is a train yard located in close proximity to the property. IT IS NOT noisy! The trains can sit on the track blocking you from arriving to your local destination sometimes for long periods of time.”

The only complaint is that we did not receive a response from the owner regarding our inquiry about which outside garbage cans to use. We just made do with a couple of cans that were out by the road. ”
