“We had the Portofino room, which featured a gorgeous sea view. The entire villa is phenomenal, each room is a work of art, with vaulted ceilings and original artwork. Breakfast was a delight, with fresh fruit and veggies, perfect portions and honey from the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during the stay. I would recommend Villa Gelsomino in a heartbeat.”

“An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property.”

“The staff speaks English; they were kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was the best we had on a three week trip. Location is excellent although on a very busy street so the noise level is not peaceful. Closing the doors helps because the glass is soundproofed. The hotel is beautifully renovated although our room with balcony was tiny! ”

“Das Personal ist durchwegst sehr freundlich. Kleine Abstriche mache ich wegen der Kleine des Zimmers und vor allem des Badezimmers. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Leider können die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht Schritt halten. Für ältere Herren wie mich teilweise sehr unbequem. ”

“Mycket bra läge nära stranden. Vi blev dubbelbokade på det aktuella rummet men hotellet ringde och beklagade sig och bad om ursäkt. Vi fick ett annat rum som var helt okej utsikt. Vi fick istället rabatt på rummet. Sånt som kan hända men personalen löste det smidig och professionellt. Mycket trevliga.”
