“My room was tiny but clean. The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.”

“What a fabulous hotel! Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk. 10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts. What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable! Will definitely be returning!”

“All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way).”
