“A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. ”

“This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. It was a bit pricey, but again it’s the location. Only real……

“I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! ”

Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. There is a terrace overlooking the square where we enjoyed breakfast, bought at a nearby deli, and a glass of wine at night. It is just steps from the train station. “We loved this unit! You cannot beat the view and location. We skipped going to restaurants and cooked in a bunch of nights and ate on the terrace because there wasn’t a better view in Manarola. It was just the right size for two people. We would stay there again.”

“This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool. The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of……

“What a great surprise to have found a tiny pretty hotel, quiet, with great restaurant, and a beautiful pool at the garden. The staff are very professional, kind, polite. The reception is also helpful , always ready to provide information and intelligent suggestions. The room is neat and towels and bed sheets are clean. Maybe a sauna or spa room in a small corner of the garden would have been ideal. I am still giving 10/10 on this hotel. ”
