“Really nice apartment. Very big inside, truely enough space for 4 (or even 5) persons. Location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and from the city center. Parking is available only in public, we were there in october, so we had no problem with parking, but I immagine that in high-season parking can be challanging. Overall I can only recommend, we had a very god time.”

“Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Could not be more convenient to the train and the waterfront. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Occasionally it could be noisy, as it’s on the hiking path, but it quiets down in the evening. It’s very small and there’s nowhere to hang wet coats/clothes after a rainy day, but hopefully most people enjoy it in good weather! ”

“Great location in quiet area.The apartment is 10 mins walk from station . Fully equipped kitchen but no kettle and washing machine. The room was good with good bed and decent size bathroom for ltaly. Clothes line outside on the balcony. A few issues with toilet not flushing and gas stove not feeding gas through at times. Overall a lovely stay in quiet area and many cafes around to eat.wifi was good . I would highly recommend staying here . One of the best beaches in ltaly thats for sure !!……

“A friend and I spent three nights at Luca‘s apartment and would definitely recommend it. It is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Luca went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met even after check-in. The apartment is on the top floor so there are some stairs, but this is why the apartment is so unique. It was very, very clean and welcoming.”

“The property was stocked better than any place I've ever stayed-snacks and wine were highly appreciated after a big day of travel. The location is spectacular. Rooftop view may be the prettiest I’ve ever seen. Great restaurants close by. Videos make it easy to find. Marco was so accommodating-even though I made an error in the reservation, he was gracious and forgiving. So much gratitude and lifelong memories made! Perfect really.”
