“Our family and two dogs stayed at the cottage. The hosts were responsive, and Cara gave us a great tour of the ranch and all the animals. The location very convenient to Portland, grocery store, and shopping. I loved that there was a fenced backyard our dogs could have a little bit of outside time. The kitchen did not have as many condiments as I am used to having stayed at other VRBOs. It was not a big deal for me, but guests should be aware. Otherwise, everything else was available. ”

“Cute, quiet, clean, and friendly! Great location, positioned where is easy to get to Portland or the more slowed down surrounding areas like Tualatin and Wilsonville (amazing food). Couldn't ask for a better vacation! The fresh berries provided by the host (grown on the property) were an amazing surprise as well!”

“Lots of stairs and minimal parking but we knew that from previous reviews. Amount of space and location was great for us. Only drawback was the overall cleanliness of the home. I would recommend a deep clean and maybe replacing some items like throw pillows and kitchen items. Many of the dishes were dirty - lipstick marks and sticky knives. I might just be really picky. Overall we would stay again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boring. We came for a wedding in Troutdale and the home was the perfect location to come back to rest after all of the craziness. It’s also a short drive to Multnomah Falls and views of the gorge as well as Downtown Portland. The home was very clean with modern decor and we had everything we needed for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The outdoor space is large and beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owner of the home was very attentive……

When we arrived the house was spotless and as comfortable as promised. It was truly a home away from home. The property is amazing. There is so much natural beauty. We saw a variety of birds and butterflies. If you want a quiet, relaxing and comfortable get away you should look at this listing.”

“We got there super late, we passed by the place about 6 times before we found it because we were super tired and we were looking for lit up lights on the mailbox! We all laughed. Anyway, it was perfect. Beds were great, everything was clean. It was quiet and secluded. The coffee bar was perfect! Plenty of options. Would have liked the kurig filled with fresh water, but no biggie, we had just enough for 2 cups. We have no complaints. We would definitely come back. Thank you for letting us stay.……
