“A bit too industrial feel to it. Staff and service were excellent. Room was kept very clean by housekeeping.”

“Lots of attitude at the front desk. I asked about a fee that was charged to my credit card and was told it was for parking. I explained that I self parked and was told there is nothing you can do about it that’s the fee. I said I am not paying it and got her to get the manager. The manager came out and immediately removed the charge. While removing the charge the person that told me she couldn’t do anything was arguing with the manager. In the end the manager removed the charge and I saved $5 by……

“Friendly check-in & out. Courteous staff around the property! walkable to everything and the AC works fabulous which is necessary for super-hot Columbia! ”

“Property is fairly new. The lobby area and breakfast areas were large , comfortable, well lit and inviting. Even though there were a lot of guests we never felt crowded or rushed. The room was spacious and nicely furnished to accommodate long stays. There were even a washer and dryer in the suite. Definitely will return if in the area again!”

“Hate that you have to pay for parking and then have to park on the street across from the hotel. They shouldn’t charge for parking if I can’t park on the property ”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”

“Wonderful hotel. Had everything i could have wanted and more. I was in town for a horse show and the hotel was within 10 minutes of the show grounds. I felt very safe and the staff could not have been nicer. I will stay there again.”
