“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“地點很滿意, 靠近碼頭, 也靠近野生鳥類的生態保育區, 附近環境很漂亮. 這是我們選擇入住這個飯店的主要原因. 除此之外, 飯店內部隔音不是很好, 早上六點多就被水管的聲音吵醒, 房間內部還可以, 但是沒有特別的驚喜”

“very good golf courses. nice environment. hotel outlook nice but we took their cottages which was under par for equipment and up keep. services and food were good. busy golf courses, suggest to book tee time weeks ahead.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Inn. The front desk was simply fantastic - helpful, quick and always ready with answers. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - right across the road from Sam's bar, Toasty coffee place and the village with shops and restaurants. We haven't used the car in 4 days! The room was spacious and comfortable, the views were excellent, and the electric fireplace adds a nice touch. We didn't hear a single person in the other rooms, although the hotel was packed! “We had a lovely stay! Terri and his partner were lovely hosts who pulled things out for the kids to play with, gave us information about the area and offered anything we required. ”

“We had a great stay here. The place was clean and nicely decorated as the photos depict. The check in process was seamless and we appreciated the earlier check in that the owner offered. It’s a great location if you’re planning on touring with West Kelowna wineries and/or wanting a relaxing stay near the lake. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again!”
