“Ben from the Eldorado was exceptional. His attentiveness and service every morning was a delight. Manteo does not have decafe complimentary coffee. Ben got my husband a decafe complimentary coffee every morning at the Eldorado. Pool side service was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again. Regards, Jodie Moser”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“very good golf courses. nice environment. hotel outlook nice but we took their cottages which was under par for equipment and up keep. services and food were good. busy golf courses, suggest to book tee time weeks ahead.”
