“Being right on the water was lovely. We watched the sun set every evening and had a bonfire just feet from the water. The house was extremely clean and I enjoyed opening all the windows for a beautiful breeze off the water. I haven’t slept that well in a long time. ”

The only issue we had was that there wasn’t a great view of the lake, yet it was an easy one block walk to the lake and a cute small beach. We’d stay there again, in a heartbeat.”

“The house was perfect. Perfectly located in Anchor Bay for a may fishing. It is very close to restaurants and the ramps. Only four of us stayed here on this trip but would be comfortable for 6 people. You can very easily park three 21ft bass boats in the driveway. The house was very clean and well kept. If the weather is nice I would feel very comfortable docking my boat in the canal overnight. We will be renting here again. ”

“I needed a place to stay for a month while awaiting my new home after closing while the tenant stayed to clean and get moved out. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Peaceful and much better than staying in a noisy extended stay hotel. The price was also absolutely right with a discount for extended stay. Very grateful that I found Wendy and her nice apartment.”

“The location of this home was perfect and the fact that we could dock my brothers boat there for the week was a huge plus. The remodel of this home was like it was completed right before we got there. I am a real estate agent in Florida with a lot of short rental experience I have to say this home is perfect for a family of 5. ”
