“A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. ”

“The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! “Staff, facilities and food were all excellent. The Hotel policy on removing towels from loungers at the pool before it opens is refreshing. Please continue this. Only problem encountered was the Private car transfer from Hotel to Airport. 30 mins late with no communication, we had to phone to see if it was coming. Thankfully Jet 2 checkin is so good with lots of friendly staff so we made the flight. Edinburgh luggage reclaim was awful and took an hour after landing, but that is not Expedia's……
