“Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.”

“The room we stayed in is very small, but all necessary amenities are there. The location is excellent.”

“We arrived early than the check in time, but take long time to get the room. Anyway it it holiday season, no choice.”

“The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved. ”
