“Great calm area , would recommend ”

“This is our family’s 55th year to vacation at the beautiful Frio river!!! Praying for rain since the river is so low. Beautiful, quiet and serene location. I believe the owners may not be aware that the property could have used a little better cleaning prior to arrival… dishes and silverware that were in the cabinet were dirty so the previous guests must have put them away dirty. The pool still had small toys in the skimmer and at the bottom of the pool. There wasn’t any cold water at the……

“We had a great time at this house. We had three families with a total of 18 people stay and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Should have stayed four nights! The house is decorated beautifully and has all you need. The owners were super easy to communicate with. When we had a small problem with a fan outside, they had maintenance there to help within the hour! A con but thankfully we had no neighbors to deal with but the house next door is just on the other side of the pool. I……
