“We had a great time at this property and absolutely loved the little house. The backyard set up was perfect for campfires and grilling, and the location was very convenient to get to Lost Maples and Garner state parks. The house had everything we could want and was very cozy inside. Definitely want to go back!”

“The property was a pleasant stay, it had everything we needed and some. The exterior balcony and porches made our lounging around memorable. A large expanse of land & out door amenities for parking,barbecues, throwing around a football and taking walks to the river. Close proximity to Lost Maples and other parks is convenient. ”

If you wanted to see what was advertised on site you had to drive to owners house and sit there a quarter mile away At die abroken down patio with a dirty mop. Furniture looked like something you find dumped on side of road. Holes in the walls remote control didn’t work. ”

“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need……

“Nice property, scenic area, and Donny is a wonderful host that is very helpful. We would come back! It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. We had a water baptism at the Frio River! It would be nice to have it in the pool too.”

“We had 6 people for the opening weekend of dove season. There was plenty of room, with a great kitchen area and dining table for our group to gather. It's an easy drive to Uvalde for hunting and golf. A very nice house with everything we needed!!! Nicole was always quick with a reply when we had any questions. Will definitely consider this next time, which will hopefully be soon.”

“This cabin was bright and fresh looking. One of the cleanest I have been in on my travels through the hill country. We opted for the bedding, towels and extras for additional fee, which was well worth it. I wish I had remembered to bring a couple of camping chairs to set on while watching a movie when it was to cold to hike. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. A short distance trail led to the waterside that looked awesome for swimming. The host was excellent. About 35 miles to Lost Maples……
