“Adorable cabin #4, very comfortable, had everything we needed (tv, DVD player, complete kitchen, a/c, wood burning stove, outside porch to sit at), outdoor fire pit & gathering area, small children's play area. Cabin & outdoors was a great country / woods atmosphere.”

“Very clean, refurbished older motel. Staff very personable. HOWEVER, I had a 2 night reservation but became ill before noon on the 2nd day, so had to cancel the 2nd night. They have a 24 hour notification requirement, cut since I became ill, I asked if they would cancel the 2nd night which was prepaid. They had no obligation to do so, but the manager was very nice and said, "I'll take care of it." She didn't. Not people of their work. I acknowledge they had no legal obligation to cancel……

“It really was great for an overnight with one caveat. The amazingly firm mattress might be perfect for others but was a bit brutal for us. (My hubby and I shared the only soft pillow.) Other than that, the accommodations were very clean, well appointed, and well taken care of. Thankfully, the neighbors were far enough away we felt we had enough privacy. ”
