We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. “The property was very clean and tidy. The location was ideal, next to a train station. Earplugs were provided for noise, although I did not need them. The pool area was clean. It’s an easy location to get transportation in and out of. The parking garage is not complementary, and if you request a late check out, there is a $25 charge. “The house is not what is shown in the pics. The house was never cleaned from people who stayed previous. Sheets were off the bed with stains on bed, trash was strewn about, dirty used qtips were left in the kitchen counter. The trash was full, dishes were piled high in the sink. Not to mention old and molded food in the fridge which caused the whole house to reek of an unbearable stench. And the worst part. Owner was called, messaged…. And to this day has not contacted back. Completely abandoned……

“The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant.
