“We thoroughly enjoyed the home. We walked in and had a Christmas tree there. That was exciting. Getting to the place has some sketchy properties, but not the fault of the property owner. However, the fireplace didn’t work which was disappointing. We were told they were out of propane but didn’t get filled. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work either. The place had an amazing view, the kitchen was very well stocked. Home was so cozy and clean. Felt very safe there. Not a huge home, but the layout……

“We were in town for a boxing tournament in Searcy. It's easy to get stressed out during these events worrying about weights/opponents/cardio/etc. However the sun room on the back of the house was calming and inviting overlooking the river. We even caught a few rainbow trout off the dock! It was a great, well stocked house only 2 minutes from available fuel, diners, and a dollar general!”

“There was a flood warning in effect and we had to dodge a few puddles but once inside, we were warm and cozy. Communication with Jan was fast and easy. The check out instructions were the simplest I’ve ever encountered - so nice!! The only suggestion I would make is to have a wall mirror in the larger bedroom on the right. Would be nice to have an extra mirror than having to wait on the one in the bathroom - especially when I was a little too tall and could not see the top of my head in the……

“Our family loved this cabin! It was the perfect size, in a great location, and clean. The pictures don’t do it justice; it is more beautiful to see in person. It has everything you need and more! My husband enjoyed trout fishing each morning. We would highly recommend this cabin, and we would definitely stay here in the future! ”

“Perfect get away location. Well appointed, plenty of amenities, and stocked for cookouts (seasonings galore). The chairs in the main bedroom are a bit uncomfortable and could use foot stools, but everything else was perfect. ”
