“My wife and I stayed the weekend at this house perched above the Little Red River with a gorgeous view of the water below. The property is well-maintained and clean: updated with all the modern amenities without diminishing from the "lake cabin" vibe. Booking, check-in, and communication with the owners/managers was smooth, prompt, and easy. We really loved the place, and are so glad that we were able to be there. so PEACEFUL AND FUN!!!p.s. fishing from the large, well-furnished dock/pier……

“We had 3 adults and 7 children from 1 1/2 to 11. We enjoyed the swing in the front yard. The trail to the beach and sitting and watching the kids play in the water. We hiked trails and saw waterfalls nearby. We visited the fish hatchery and spent the afternoon at the local beach. It was a great escape. The home is absolutely wonderful. Everything you need is provided and a sweet bottle of wine was waiting. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the water toys. ”

“If you want to get away from a busy life for a bit, this is the place to go. We really enjoyed the seclusion, it was so quiet and peaceful. The river was running fast so we only got to kayak once, but it was so beautiful. If you are a wildlife person, jackpot! We saw deer, otters, minks, rabbits and hummingbirds are abundant! The inside of the cabin was smaller than we anticipated, but it was just the two of us so it was perfect. I would highly suggest bringing your own drinking water, as the……
