“We found this wonderful home perfect for our stay!  Recently renovated, stylishly decorated and like new throughout, we felt privileged to stay here.  We needed to be in Oakland and Berkley for a wedding and reception, and also close to family living in Concord.  This home was super convenient to all of the above, and in a very nice neighborhood.  It was a short and pleasant walk to Larkey Park and The Lindsay Wildlife Experience with the kids.  There's actually a pretty amazing network of……

“Stayed 2 nights for our anniversary and would absolutely stay again! We were looking for a quiet NICE & peaceful place to stay where we could relax and swim and that’s exactly what we got.Neighborhood is on the older side, but this place is a gem, regardless. Close to food & shopping. Clean, updated and just all around pretty home. Upgraded and bright. Stocked with just about everything you need - I don’t think we came across a single thing that wasn’t provided and we cooked several meals!Super……

“Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy!”

The pictures of the house are deceiving because they do not give the house justice as to how ample and big it truly is as well as beautiful.
