“Getting checkin directions required us to call VRBO to get the host’s phone number. The host never made contact other than the single texted instructions initiated by us (frantically, bc we couldn’t confirm if we had a place to stay for a week over Xmas!). Zero contact or response via VRBO. You can hear every footstep and conversation upstairs. And we know the tenants were trying to be quiet because we met them. Would not recommend. Passenger exit from car is on the mud.”

“Properly felt inviting when we arrived. Very spacious inside and out. Pool table, gaming bar area was fun. Pool, hot tub and deck was a bonus. View from deck was very relaxing. Plenty of supplies to prepare a meal. We all enjoyed our stay.”

“House was good and beds were comfortable. Hottub was dirty and couldnt be used amd the doors onnthe house had to be pushed shut HARD to be locked (so just be aware) TV remotes didnt have batteries. The house served its purpose and wasnt dirty to the touch but the edge of the yard had a bunch of trash. Again, you get what you pay for so Im not complaining AT ALL but want others to.make an informed decision ”
