“The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. “Very quiet and comfortable. Grounds were maintained and the beach is right outside the back gate of the property. The only issue was internet access. Maybe it was due to the recent hurricane, so I want consider that a negative. We had our global hotspot, so we managed. ”

“As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us.”

“I liked that the property was in a very rural area so I saw the real Jamaica . But I also had some creature comforts at beyond sunset. The staff were lovely and helpful. The place was in a beautiful spot and well maintained even though they were still recovering from the recent hurricane. ”

“The property is awesome, not crowded. Access to the beach isnt perfect, you need a pass to exit n enter through the gate (for safety reasons) but that can also be a deternt as you have to find someone to give you the pass. Othewise, its a public beach so you could just leave the property and walk to the beach. Its cool, very breezy, the view is great, lots of walking paths, tall palm trees, lush green yards, mangoes n naseberry trees, wide pool. Bar and restaurant. Its a lovely place to get……

“I am not one to complain as you can see in my previous reviews, but the customer service left much to be desired, particularly at the highest levels of management. They were unable to give us the 2 BR suite we paid for and had to separate my family for 3 of the 6 days we were there in 2 different 1BR units.
