“I celebrated my 50th Birthday on the 12th and spent a week at the SHotel Montego Bay. This was indeed the best vacation ever! The staff at this boutique hotel were excellent and pleasant. Nothing in life is perfect so I will list some things below, but these things did not impact my overall rating. King Suite Ocean View room - was beautiful. The beds were too hard for my taste but I eventually adjusted. The room was very clean and kept clean daily by housekeeping. This is a smaller resort……

“The hotel is much more than I expected. It is very beautiful and clean. Everyone that works that we came in contact with was helpful and thoughtful. On our arrival, the original room was next to the kitchen and smelled like fish. We asked for a different room and without hesitation, they moved us. That junior suit was great and had a nice view. “A beautifully presented hotel. Very clean and a comfortable feeling of home from home simple but lovely vibes. The garden areas are maintained by a fantastic gardener call Riki. The cleaning staff, security and reception staff are all very customer satisfactory. “May 10, 2025 we stayed at the Riu Reggae property very clean. They’re always washing the floors and cleaning around amazing. The eating area was also very clean. The people were very nice friendly. The pool and ocean are very close in proximity. Their towel system isn’t the greatest You only get one towel they’re always running out, The pool and ocean very warm like 96 degrees I’m definitely going back. But bringing a beach towel of my own lol ”
