“Amazing”

“The ice machine on third floor did not work. The shower was hard to manage between hot/cold. The outlet for the phone, only one worked. Otherwise the room was very nice. The food at every restaurant was excellent. Except the aqua bar where the food was subpar. I wish there had been more entertainment in the evenings, not just the disco. The staff at the resort was fantastic! Very nice and helpful. Very kind. Please tip these hard workers who are waiting on us hand and foot! I……

“Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.”

“We just left the property! I cannot even express the awe of this resort! We stayed in a bungalow on the signature side of the property and it was absolutely beautiful. From the cleaning crew, pool cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, concierge team and entertainers it was amazing. Special thanks to our concierge check in team, our airport transport driver Sir Howard; Aliah, a member of signature staff that chatted with us at the pool to ensure we were happy and Edom our golf cart driver! ……
