“We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There……

“Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.”

“We had a lovely stay. It's a big resort. There were plenty of patrons there but It never felt crowded, like at the pool, beach, or at meal time. I loved how the hallways were very wide to help with that feeling. The staff works very hard to keep it clean and the patrons cared for. I loved that staff make eye contact, smile, and greet you as you pass in the halls. The property is nicely situated so you can enjoy beautiful peaceful views from most locations.
