“Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!”

“Christina pool bar attendant was amazing. Best attitude and most friendly person at the resort. Second was Kadeen the hostess at the Palms restaurant. Paula in the coffee bar was the third. Our room was amazing! Best room in the entire resort! However they play extremely loud music until 10 or 11 pm on the pool deck so do not expect to get to bed until after then. The food was just ok. Only 3 restaurant options for dinner and 1 was usually closed otherwise the buffet which was not the best.……

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”
